2007 (7 months) Patek Philippe: support en-users after go-live on MM and PP


Analyse end-users new requirements, build concept and customize solution for all PP/MM improvements required, for example:

  • document links in purchasing and manufacturing process to ensure the good version usage and consistence of formularies

  • all subcontracting flows, external reworks, with specificities like planned fixed scrap , plan good issue date of componants used by subcontractors

Address detailed technical specifications to abap team when needed, for example to evaluate precious physical flows for all precious fine materials used in alloys: gold, silver, platinum

Upgrade: assistance to key-users to run non-regression test. I documented all the flows to help along the knowledge transfer to the local IS team. The project used serial number management with inheritance problematic.


2007 (1 month) Bacardi Tradal : training on APO DP/SNP/PPDS

Provide training to the end user organisation and to IS team

The objectives was :

  • to help end user to get a global view on the whole planning process using demand planning, Supply Network Planning and PPDS

  • to explain V5.0 and V4.6 enhancements


2008 (3 months) Rolex: project for authorisation management re-engineering

Project: authorisations profile re-engineering.

Support end-user test before go-live, and make all the necessary corrections to profiles.
