My position: cost accounting supervisor on the
Leading workshops across different stakeholder and functional
groups, capturing and aligning inputs from this groups then driving
them to an agreed direction.
- Analysis of activities of each department: inputs, outputs,
tasks, activities, cost.
- Modelling of transversal processes with added value for customer.
- Identification of progress axes and related action plan.
- Set-up management by objectives and performance measurement.
