Context: Bigbang, re engineering both of the whole range of manufactured products and of IS solution

I was first appointed  to the position of cost controller. Then I supervised the replenishment department, ensuring the implementation of the new IS solution

As cost controller :

In charge of product cost calculation and of inventory organization in a MRP context usage.
I also defined cross-department procedures and provided post go live training to the Sales end users.

I reduce missing part ( increase of 20 % of production plan) and cut down stock level (decrease of 15 %)
